### Reserve for a month or a year.

Reserved terms set capacity for a date and a term, at a rate quoted in your order form. They are take-or-pay commitments under a signed order form and cannot be cancelled early without penalty.

- When a term ends work that is still running continues at the on-demand rate unless you choose to stop it.
- Never spot reserved capacity never runs as spot.
- Rack-scale systems are reserved capacity.

### One price of record.

These are the price terms Fantasti Technologies, the company behind Fantasti, puts into the terms an account accepts before it opens. The terms are drafts, and where the two differ the terms govern.

1. Prices come from one numbered price list.
2. Use is charged at the price list in force at the time of use, and each statement line names it.
3. A lower price applies when it is published. A higher price is announced before it applies.
4. Reserved rates are fixed by your order form.
5. Spot is charged at the price recorded for each interval, never above a max price you set.

§05 · Spot · [Illustrative series]

### Spot: follow the market, or set your max.

Every GPU type has a spot price that moves with supply and demand and can change as often as every 15 minutes. Pick one of two modes for each request.

*PLT 01 · Spot price and a max price over 72 hours · Illustrative series · not Fantasti market data*

Drag the max price line, click the plot, or use the arrow keys.

- Max price: $ 2.40 /GPU·hr
- Ran: 51 h 15 m of 72 h
- Stopped: 4×
- Resumed: 4×

Illustrative series, not Fantasti market data. A step line shows a spot price for one GPU type over 72 hours in 15-minute steps, between $1.91 and $2.72 per GPU-hour. With the max price at $2.40, the nodes run 51 h 15 m of 72 hours, stop 4 times when the price rises above the max, and resume 4 times when it falls back. You pay the spot price for each interval, not the max.

#### Follow the market

No ceiling. You pay the spot price for each interval, and Fantasti never stops your work because the price rose. Spot capacity can still be reclaimed.

#### Set a max price

Choose the most you will pay per GPU-hour. Your nodes run while the spot price is at or below it, and you pay the spot price, not your max. If the spot price rises above your max, those nodes stop.

#### When nodes stop

If your max is below the current price when you ask, the request waits as Blocked until the price falls or you raise your max.

Before a spot node stops, your processes get a 60-second notice. Disks are kept; public IP addresses are released. Batch Inference and managed jobs resume from their last checkpoint when capacity at your price returns.

#### Not a reservation

A max price limits what you pay. It does not reserve capacity. For capacity on a date and for a term, reserve it.

- [How spot works States, metering and where spot applies.](https://fantasti.ai/spot)

§06 · Billing granularity · [Fantasti Terms §3]

### Metered by the second, billed hourly.

Usage accrues by the second from the moment an instance is ready and is charged to your account each hour. A run of 4 minutes 10 seconds is charged for 250 seconds.

- Spot metered by the second at the spot price in effect for each pricing interval.
- Monthly figures are conversions. A GPU-month on this page is 730 hours at the price per GPU-hour.

§07 · Ways to pay · [Draft terms]

### Three ways to pay.

Prepaid credit, pay-as-you-go and Enterprise. Each one covers on-demand, spot and reserved capacity.

- 01 Teams that want a fixed budget
  #### Prepaid credit
  How it works
  - Load credit and use it down.
  - Nothing is charged later.
  - Credit does not expire.
  - Spend threshold: No spend threshold
  - Instance quota: None. Usage is limited by your credit balance and by available capacity.
  - Minimum spend: $10, the minimum top-up

- 02 Teams whose usage changes from month to month
  #### Pay-as-you-go
  How it works
  - A default payment method is kept on file.
  - It is charged at the end of each calendar month, and each time accrued spend passes the spend threshold.
  - A receipt lists the month's spend and the intermediate charges.
  - Spend threshold: From $100, rising automatically
  - Instance quota: 1 instance to start. A $25 prepayment raises it to 8 or more.
  - Minimum spend: $25, to expand the quota
  [Ask a question](https://fantasti.ai/contact)
- 03 High-volume organisations
  #### Enterprise
  How it works
  - Invoice, NET 30, by contract.
  - Spend threshold: By contract
  - Instance quota: By contract
  - Minimum spend: No enforced minimum

Payment method A default payment method is kept on file. A 2.9% processing fee applies to card payments. Bank transfer carries no fee.

§08 · Spend threshold · [Draft terms]

### The spend threshold, published.

A pay-as-you-go account has a spend threshold. Your payment method is charged at the end of each calendar month, and each time accrued spend passes the spend threshold.

The spend threshold starts at $100 and rises automatically with usage and successful payments. The threshold is reviewed at the end of each calendar month, and a new threshold applies from the next month. You can ask for a faster review.

Prepaid credit has no spend threshold. Enterprise thresholds are set by contract.

4. Step 4 Three months of on-time payments
   $1,000 to $2,500
5. Step 5 Six months of on-time payments
   $2,500 to $5,000

- Prepaid credit: No spend threshold
- Enterprise: By contract

The accrued spend at which a pay-as-you-go account is charged before the month ends. The steps are automatic. You do not apply for them.

#### Three limits, kept apart.

A max price limits the rate of each spot request. Your credit balance or your spend threshold decides when you pay. Following the market sets no rate limit, so on prepaid credit your balance is the limit.

The instance quota applies to pay-as-you-go. Prepaid credit has no instance quota. Usage is limited by your credit balance and by available capacity. Enterprise quotas are set by contract.

*TAB 08 · Three independent limits · Source · Fantasti billing terms*

**Three independent limits**

| Limit | What it limits | Who has it | At the limit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Max price | The rate you pay per GPU-hour on spot | Any spot request that sets one | Those spot nodes stop; a new request shows Blocked. |
| Credit balance | Total spend on prepaid credit | Prepaid credit | Workloads stop when the balance runs out. |
| Spend threshold | Accrued spend between two charges | Pay-as-you-go | Your payment method is charged the accrued spend. |

§09 · Worked examples · [Computed]

### Two months, charge by charge.

One calendar month on pay-as-you-go, twice: a month that stays under the spend threshold, and a month that passes it.

*EX 01–02 · Pay-as-you-go: two months, charge by charge · Worked examples · computed*

EX 01

#### A month under the threshold

1 charge

$90 of spend in a month: one charge of $90 at month end.

[Figure: Accrued spend over 30 days against a $100 spend threshold. Day 30: $90 charged.]

1. An account on pay-as-you-go has a $100 spend threshold.
2. It spends $3 a day for 30 days: $90 in the month.
3. Accrued spend never reaches $100, so there is no intermediate charge.
4. Month end: one charge of $90.

Receipt 30 days

- Charged at month end: $90
- The month's spend: $ 90

Paid by card, the charge carries a processing fee of $2.61: $92.61 in all.

EX 02

#### A month that passes the threshold twice

3 charges

The month's spend passes $100 on day 7 and $200 on day 25: two intermediate charges, then the remainder at month end.

[Figure: Accrued spend over 30 days against a $100 spend threshold. Day 7: $105 charged. Day 25: $105 charged. Day 30: $30 charged.]

1. An account on pay-as-you-go has a $100 spend threshold.
2. It spends $15 a day on days 1 to 7, $5 a day on days 8 to 24, $20 on day 25 and $6 a day on days 26 to 30: $240 in the month.
3. Day 7: the month's spend passes $100. The accrued $105 is charged.
4. Day 25: the month's spend passes $200, and the spend accrued since the last charge is $105. It is charged.
5. Month end: the remainder, $30, is charged.
6. The receipt lists the month's spend, $240, and the three charges: $105, $105 and $30.

Receipt 30 days

- Charged on day 7: $105
- Charged on day 25: $105
- Charged at month end: $30
- The month's spend: $ 240

Paid by card, the three charges carry processing fees of $3.05, $3.05 and $0.87: $246.97 in all.

The example keeps the threshold at $100 for the whole month. Once a threshold has risen, the same spend means fewer intermediate charges.

§10 · Service levels · [Per contract]

### Service levels.

- Commitment: Defined per contract; Uptime commitments and service credits are set in your order form.
- Applies to: An order form that states one; No service level is in force until an order form states one.
- Spot: No availability guarantee; Spot capacity can be reclaimed and is excluded from service commitments.

On-demand, spot and reserved usage from every product lands on one invoice, split by cost center, with the metered seconds and billed hours on every line.

- Usage lines name the price list they are charged at. The list prices in this example are those of Price list 1.
- Spot lines are billed at the price in effect for each interval. The rate shown is the average.
- Reserved lines show their hours. The rate is the one in your order form.
- Per-interval export shows the rate applied to each period.

§12 · Questions

### Questions about pricing.

Ways to pay 7 questions

#### [Can I switch between ways to pay?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-switch)

Yes. Move between prepaid credit, pay-as-you-go and Enterprise at any time. During the preview, the change is made on request.

#### [When am I charged on pay-as-you-go?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-charged)

Your payment method is charged at the end of each calendar month, and each time accrued spend passes the spend threshold. A receipt lists the month's spend and the intermediate charges.

#### [What is my spend threshold?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-threshold)

The spend threshold starts at $100 and rises automatically with usage and successful payments. You can ask for a faster review. Prepaid credit has none, and Enterprise thresholds are set by contract.

#### [Do credits expire?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-credits)

No. Prepaid credit does not expire.

#### [What limits prepaid credit?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-prepaid-limits)

Your credit balance and available capacity. Prepaid credit has no instance quota and no spend threshold: both are controls on pay-as-you-go, where usage is charged after it happens. The minimum top-up is $10.

#### [Is there a minimum spend on Enterprise?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-minimum)

No enforced minimum. Enterprise terms, thresholds and quota are set by contract.

#### [How do I raise my quota?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-quota)

A pay-as-you-go account starts at one instance. A $25 prepayment raises the quota to eight or more. From there, the quota is reviewed as your account grows. Prepaid credit has no instance quota. Usage is limited by your credit balance and by available capacity. Enterprise quotas are set by contract.

Spot 4 questions

#### [Do I pay my max price?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-pay-max)

No. You pay the spot price for each interval. Your max price decides whether your nodes run.

#### [What happens when the spot price goes above my max?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-above-max)

Those nodes get a 60-second notice and stop. Their disks are kept. Batch Inference and managed jobs resume from their last checkpoint when the price is back under your max.

#### [What does Blocked mean?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-blocked)

Your max price is below the current spot price, so nothing has started. It starts when the price falls to your max, or when you raise it.

#### [Can spot capacity stop even if I follow the market?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-follow)

Yes. Following the market removes the price limit, but spot capacity can still be reclaimed when it is needed elsewhere.

Price list 2 questions

#### [Why do some listings show no price?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-no-price)

Rack-scale systems are reserved capacity, and every reserved rate is quoted per term. Requests for the first cohort are not open yet.

#### [Do prices change?](https://fantasti.ai/pricing#q-change)

Yes. Prices are published as numbered price lists, and the list in force when you use a product applies. A lower price applies when it is published. A higher price is announced before it applies. Reserved rates are fixed by your order form. The spot price moves with supply and demand.
